Malaika Arora is hands down one of the fittest stars in Bollywood.
Whether Malaika Arora is acting, dancing, running a business, travelling, or being a mom, she never skips her workouts.
If there’s one person who can get us out of bed and fight off the Monday blues, it is definitely Malaika Arora. The dancer-actor is hands down one of the fittest stars in Bollywood. Whether she’s acting, dancing, running a business, travelling, or being a mom, she never skips her workouts. For her, staying active every single day is a must. It is no surprise that she kicks off her week with some movement and broke a sweat.
Recently, her friend and Yoga instructor, Jahnavi Patwardhan, shared a video on social media that showed the actress working in the morning. She was spotted in an empty gym-like space, focusing on her cardio and whole-body exercises. In the clip, we also get a glimpse of her pet dog Casper who is working out along with her.
In the video, she’s rocking a pair of blue-purple shorts and a racerback blue sports bra. Her hair is pulled up in a high ponytail, just perfect for a sweaty workout. The caption of Jahnavi’s video reads, “Best mornings, with the best moves. Did you’ll start the day strong?”
In the clip, we see her starting her workout with a quick across the room, along with her dog. She quickly moves on to doing lunges while carrying a dumbbell. Then, she does a combination of weighted squats and jumping jacks, followed by some more cardio exercises.
The Chhaiya Chhaiya star has motivated us to start our week on a high note with some physical activities previously too. Earlier this year, Malaika was seen working out in her bedroom itself. “Always killing it, this one. Starting the week off with some fun cardio and a dose of Casper’s energy” her trainer captioned the video.
In the clip, Malaika, who’s 50 and fabulous, is rocking a pair of yellow shorts and a matching sports bra, showing off her fit body. She starts with some good old-fashioned cardio by skipping ropes. Then she moves on to jumping jacks and finishes with pop squats.
After seeing Malaika in action, it’s hard not to feel inspired to get moving ourselves. Time to get up, hit the gym and try out some of those exercises ourselves!
