Put a glass of water in a pan and place it on the stove. When it gets hot, add some basil leaves, a small piece of cinnamon and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric. Now grind one-inch ginger and add it to it. Mix all these things and keep the gas on medium flame. Cover the pan. After boiling for 10 minutes, turn off the gas filter it and take it out in a glass. Drink this drink early in the morning when you are on an empty stomach. Within a few days, you will feel that your belly fat has started burning and fat has started reducing.
