Aditi Ashok Profile, Golf Paris Olympics 2024: All you need to about the Olympian
Even though she is still in her 20s, Aditi Ashok continues to break new ground for golf in India and spearhead the sport as she enters her third Olympics.
While still 18, Aditi represented her country on golf’s return to the Olympic Games in Rio 2016. She was the youngest golfer – man or woman – in Rio and even held the lead briefly during the second round before finishing 41st behind gold medallist Inbee Park.
Aditi also narrowly missed out on becoming the first Indian golfer to win an Olympic medal after finishing fourth at Tokyo 2020. But, the Bangalore-born golfer has already scripted history, becoming India’s first representative on the LPGA Tour after making the switch in 2017.
