In the Bigg Boss 18 promo, Salman Khan looks back at previous themes and informs viewers will experience a new perspective.
The makers of Bigg Boss have officially announced the much-anticipated 18th season with Salman Khan returning as the iconic host. The show is set to premiere on October 6, though the contestant lineup remains under wraps. The promo teases a futuristic theme, with Salman reflecting on previous seasons and hinting at a major shift this year. He suggests that while earlier seasons were about the present, this one will rewrite history with a fresh perspective. The actor further adds that technology will play a crucial role and will expose the bad intentions of the contestants. Before the promo concludes, Salman challenges the contestants to be prepared to change the rules and warns them saying, “Ab hoga time ka tandav.”
He says, “This eye used to see and show only the present, but now an eye will open that will rewrite history. Technology will transform and the eye of time will open, that will know every intention that will change. This year, Bigg Boss will show the participant’s future, so who will change their written destiny? Dekho, ab hoga time ka tandav.”
Sharing the promo on Instagram, the team wrote, “This time, an earthquake will shake the house because Time Ka Taandav will take over Bigg Boss. Watch Bigg Boss18, Grand Premiere 6 October at 9 PM, only on Colors and Jio Cinema.”
As per Bollywood Hungama, speaking about returning as host of Bigg Boss and its theme, Salman Khan said, “Returning to Bigg Boss for its 18th season feels like coming home to a grand legacy we’ve built together over the years. Each season, we re-write the definition of entertainment and this year is no exception. With the theme ‘Time ka Tandav,’ Bigg Boss isn’t just keeping an eye on the present, he’s peeking into the future of the housemates. Bigg Boss dekhenge ghar walon ka kal and trust me, you won’t want to miss a single moment.”
As per NDTV reports, prominent personalities like Nia Sharma, Shoaib Ibrahim, Karanveer Mehra, Padmini Kolhapure, Zaan Khan, Shehzada Dhami, Anjali Anand, Chahat Pandey, Avinash Mishra, Nyrra Banerjee, Kashish Kapoor, Digvijay Rathee and Stree 2 fame Sunil Kumar are approached to participate in Bigg Boss 18.
