Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup milk powder
200 ml condensed milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
4 slices bread
1-2 tbsp ghee
Chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews for garnish
Method:
Remove bread edges, cut into squares, and fry in ghee until golden brown. Set aside.
Mash avocados, add milk powder, condensed milk, and cardamom, and mix until smooth.
Dip fried bread in avocado mixture, place on serving plate, and pour extra avocado mixture on top.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Almond Date Choc Balls recipe on behalf of Australian Almonds
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1/3 cup cranberries
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp almond butter
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined.
Roll mixture into balls and coat with chopped or flaked almonds.
For a festive touch, drizzle with dark chocolate and sprinkle with edible gold dust.

Ingredients:
1 tsp ghee
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Prunes and chopped pistachios for garnish
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut, and lightly fry.
Stir in condensed milk, milk, and cardamom powder.
Shape mixture into balls, add a prune in the center, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for Glaze:
1 cup honey
1/4 cup rose water
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp lime juice
Ingredients for Cake:
3 eggs, separated
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp rose water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 cup flour + 1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups ground pistachios
Method:
For the glaze: Simmer all ingredients and set aside.
For the cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Whisk egg yolks and sugar, add cardamom, rose water, milk, oil, flour, and pistachios. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour batter into a greased 8-inch cake pan, bake for 40-45 minutes.
Pour half the glaze over the cake while it cools, then add remaining glaze and garnish with pistachios, almonds, and rose petals.
