President-elect Donald Trump is expected to name Florida Senator Marco Rubio as his secretary of state, as he moves rapidly to fill out his foreign policy and national security team. Rubio has staked out a position as a foreign policy hawk, taking hard lines on China, Iran, Venezuela and Cuba in particular. The nomination of Rubio would cap a remarkable turnaround in his relations with Trump.
