Griha Pravesh is deemed as a significant practice in Hinduism, where a devotee carries out pujas before entering their new home. So, in the month of November and December, there are several auspicious dates for the worship, as well as timings. Take a look at the information given below to know more.
It is believed that engaging in the Griha Pravesh worship rids the new home of any dosha, which is because Gods and Goddesses reside at the place of worship within it. The house is blessed by Goddess Annapurna and Lord Ganesha, who is believed to remove obstacles. According to more beliefs, the place’s architectural defects are erased with the Lord’s arrival. During the worship, bandanwars are placed at the main entrance of the house for protection from evil eye.
Dr Krishna Kumar Bhargava, as astrologer from Tirupati gives information on all the auspicious dates for Griha Pravesh in the months of November and December. As per Panchang, a total of eight days are expected for Griha Pravesh in the month of November. For December, there are only four days for the occasion.
According to the astrologer, the initial days of November 2, 3, 4 and 7, were the muhurat dates for Griha Pravesh. Now, the remaining dates are:
