Bengal Warriors faced Puneri Paltan in their last game of the UP leg and ended up losing the match by three points. Maninder Singh bagged eleven points for Bengal but the other team members failed to showcase their A-game. Overall, the Warriors scored 35 points while Patna Pirates sealed the deal with 38 points.
Meanwhile, the Haryana Steelers have looked unstoppable in this edition of the PKL. They remain at the top of the table, having accumulated 62 points from 15 games. Haryana finished the last leg with a dominant victory over Tamil Thalaivas. Their defence appeared to be in sublime form and registered ten points through tackles. Thanks to some spirited performances by Naveen Rawal and Rahul Sethpal, the Haryana Steelers recorded 42 points while their opponents managed only 30.
