Here you will get the detailed full schedule of all the events that the Indian athletes will be taking part at the 2024 Paris Olympics on August 3 (Saturday).
It’s going to be another action-packed day for Indian contingent with Manu Bhaker in action as she takes aim for an unprecedented third medal at the ongoing Paris Olympics. Manu produced an impressive show in the qualification round of 25m Pistol women’s event on Friday to finish second but her compatriot Esha Singh finished a distant 18th and didn’t advance into the final.
Apart from Manu Bhaker, archers Deepika Kumari and Bhajan Kaur will be taking part in women’s individual event with an aim to qualify for the finals. Late in the night, boxer Nishant Dev will be aiming to enter the semifinals of the men’s 71kg category and confirm a medal.
Sailors Vishnu Saravanan and Nethra Kumanan will continue with their dinghy events while in skeet men’s qualification (Day 2), Anantjeet Singh will aim to qualify for the final.
The skeet women’s qualification Day 1 will also get underway with two Indians – Raiza Dhillon and Maheshwari Chauhan in action. So far, India have won three medals from the Paris Games – all bronze and each coming from shooting.
