Nakuul Mehta is all set to bring his signature charm as he hosts fun-filled competitions between the lead characters of Udne Ki Aasha and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein.

Actor Nakuul Mehta, known for his roles in popular daily soaps like Ishqbaaz and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, is making a return to television with an exciting new project. He will host a special episode for the show Udne Ki Aasha, which will feature a unique collaboration with another successful series, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein. The show stars Kanwar Dhillon, Neha Harsora, Tanvi Shewale, Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj. The first episode of this special series is set to air on November 29.
According to a report in ETimes, the special series, titled Superstar Bahu Competition, will see Nakuul bring his unique charm as he hosts friendly competitions between the lead characters of both shows. Viewers can expect to be entertained with fun activities, including a food guessing contest and an exciting dance battle between Rajat-Savi and Sachin-Sailee.
Udne Ki Aasha marks Nakuul Mehta’s return to the small screen after his last appearance as Ram Kapoor in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3. In that daily soap, he starred opposite Disha Parmar, who played Dr Priya Sood Kapoor. In recent months, Nakuul has also been hosting the new season of Crime Patrol, a role that was originally presented by Anup Soni.
Last week, the cast and crew of Udne Ki Aasha celebrated the completion of 250 episodes. Speaking about this milestone, Tanvi Shewale, who plays Roshni on the show, told the portal, “The show’s simple yet relatable middle-class family drama connects with the audience. Every character has their own story, and Roshni’s dream of opening her own parlour is something that many can relate to. The show offers a good mix of comedy, drama, and emotional moments, which keeps it engaging. It’s been an amazing journey. Every day on set feels like a family gathering, and I truly enjoy coming to work. Each episode has been memorable, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to portray Roshni.”
Tanvi shared that she feels a deep connection with her character, Roshni, due to their similar nature. She described her character as confident and independent, qualities she herself values in following her dreams. However, she also added that Roshni has traits that set her apart from Tanvi, making the role more engaging and enjoyable to portray.
