Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that it was his second visit to Russia in the current year which goes on to show the depth of New Delhi-Moscow relationship.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly welcomed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kazan on Tuesday ahead of the BRICS summit in the city. Putin said Russia-India ties ‘do not require translation’ and thanked PM Modi for visiting the city for the summit.
