We already know about a few exciting surprises coming our way in 2024 which, mind you, is left with less than 2 months now. The big launches globally have shown us the way forward and while some biggies are eyeing the early 2025 period to bring their new products, some others are eager to unleash their models this year itself. Here’s a round-up of all the big launches that are expected to happen in the next few weeks for the Indian market.
Big Smartphone Launches Before End of 2024 In India
Realme GT 7 Pro
Realme is set to unveil its new flagship device, the Realme GT 7 Pro which will be the first in India to launch with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chipset. The device is expected to pack a 6,000+ mAh battery with support for 120W fast-charging. It is anticipated to include a Samsung quad micro-curved screen with DC dimming and might be equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera. Expected additional features include IP69 dust and water resistance, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader and a casing that is approximately 9mm thin. In India, the Realme GT 7 Pro is likely to be priced between Rs 55,000 to Rs 60,000 in the market.
iQOO 13
iQOO 12 was one of the first to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen flagship SoC last year, and the brand is once again ready to be on the list with this feat. The device is already available in China giving us a good idea about the expected features and price in India as well. The phone features a 2K AMOLED display, and offered with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The Chinese variant comes with the Android 15-based OriginOS platform, which will be replaced with Funtouch OS for the Indian market. The phone gets a triple camera system and a large size battery which supports 120W fast charging out of the box.
iQOO 13 price in China starts from Rs 47,000 and we expect iQOO to go aggressive with its launch price in India this year as well.
Oppo Find X8 Pro
Oppo’s flagship Find X phones are coming to the Indian market and this has been confirmed by the company. We still don’t have a launch date, but the thought of having the new Find X8 and X8 Pro in the country will satiate the consumers and fanboys. The Hasselblad camera setup will undoubtedly catch your eyes but the overall package is no slouch either. It will be interesting to see how the Find X8 series is priced in India and whether it has the wherewithal to become a strong contender.
Vivo X200 Series
The other big exciting launch before the end of 2024 is going to be the Vivo X200 series that brings a new range of Zeiss Optics shooters and a flattish display to the market. Vivo’s device could be India’s first MediaTek Dimensity 9400 powered products, which is claimed to be an equal match for the Snapdragon flagship. We’ll know about the Indian variants over the coming weeks and hopefully, Vivo could spring a surprise with its prices this year.
Redmi A4 Budget 5G Phone
