The new Galaxy FE phone is launching with the Exynos chipset
Samsung’s new Galaxy FE phone also gets the new AI features, promise of longer OS upgrades and reliable set of cameras.
Samsung is expanding its flagship smartphone lineup with the launch of the new Galaxy S24 FE, which is the latest Fan Edition smartphone in the S24 series and the successor to last year’s Galaxy S23 FE model. The new device features Galaxy AI capabilities, and powered by an Exynos chipset. You also get the promise of long Android OS upgrades and other useful features in a much affordable package.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Price In India
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has launched in India for price of Rs 59,999 if you want the base 128GB + 8GB model. The higher storage variant of 512GB will cost you Rs 65,999. Samsung’s new FE phone will go on sale from early next month.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Features
The Galaxy S24 FE features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, sleeker 1.9mm bezels, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. It runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 on top and is powered by the Exynos 2400e chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage.
On the imaging front, the Galaxy S24 FE boasts a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8 MP telephoto lens. For clear selfies and video calls, it is equipped with a 10MP front-facing camera and features advanced digital image stabilisation (VDIS) and optical image stabilisation (OIS).
The Galaxy S24 FE packs a 4,700 mAh battery with 25W fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging support.
One of the key features of the Galaxy S24 FE is its inclusion of Galaxy AI capabilities such as Generative Edit, Portrait Studio, Edit Suggestions, and Instant Slow-Mo, along with Circle to Search with Google, Interpreter, Live Translate, and Note Assist.
The device will receive seven years of security and Android updates, similar to the premium Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy Fold 6 series.
