Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s reception party was a star-studded affair, with the who’s who of Bollywood gracing the venue in their stunning outfits. Among the many A-listers was Sonakshi’s Heeramandi co-star Sanjeeda Shaikh, who arrived in a pre-pleated saree and embroidered blouse in a purple hue. Her exquisite ensemble was from the popular brand Kalki Fashion’s Deme by Gabriella collection.
Her saree was fabricated in shimmer sequin that added the right amount of glamour to her appearance. What set her ensemble apart is the unique drape of the saree, featuring gathered pleats at the waist to create a dhoti-like effect. Paired with the saree was a heavily embellished blouse adorned with detailing such as pearls, cut-dana work, sequins, and dangling crystals. The blouse was elegantly designed with a scoop neckline and noodle straps. Its design was further complemented by a back hook-eye closure. The pallu of her saree, neatly draped over her shoulder, fell gracefully to the ground, creating a mini train as she moved.
As per the brand’s website, Sanjeeda’s saree is priced at Rs 25,649. A pair of silver platform heels from the brand The Miraki finished her overall look. Her choice of accessories included diamond drop earrings with a ruby stone from The Jewel Gallery and a sparkling diamond ring. A heart-shaped clutch adorned with crystals completed her stunning ensemble.
For her makeup, Sanjeeda opted for a dewy look. She accentuated her eyes with smokey eye shadow, smudged kajal on the waterline, and mascara-coated lashes. Her makeup was perfectly balanced with contouring, a hint of coral blush, plenty of highlighter for a radiant touch, and nude lipstick. She styled her hair straight and swept back over her shoulders.
The actress recently wore a printed kaftan set from the luxury clothing brand Torani’s Juloos collection. Her ensemble was crafted in muslin silk and consisted of a bralette and a kaftan. The kaftan featured digital floral prints for a summery look. It also boasted a deep V neckline, a loose fit, and a mini slit at the bottom. Sanjeeda completed her look with a multi-coloured choker necklace from Silver Queen Jewellery. Meanwhile, her subtle makeup and neatly tied low hair bun were the perfect finishing touches. Her overall ensemble is perfect for a brunch date or an evening party.
