The TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has captured the hearts of audiences with its gripping storyline and engaging performances. One of the highlights of the show has been the undeniable chemistry between Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj, who play the characters of Savi and Rajat. Their dynamic has been appreciated by fans and has contributed significantly to the show’s success. Changes are on the horizon for the show as a leap will take place at the end of this month. With this, Bhavika and Hitesh have confirmed their exit from the show. In addition, another significant departure is of Sheezan Khan, who portrayed Bhavi in the series.
Sheezan recently took to social media to announce his exit from the show and expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming love and support he received for his portrayal of Bhavi. He shared several pictures from the set including one where he is seen posing with Bhavika and Hitesh. Other photos in the carousel feature Sheezan with the cast and crew of the show.
Along with the post, Sheezan wrote, “Sooooooooo what can I say about this one! Itna kam dino me itna saara pyaar!!! Truly a Happy New Year! I can never forget this beautiful journey of #GHKKPM got to meet amazing people brilliant artists and this wonderful audience. Bhavi will always be close to my heart! In the comment section, Sheezan’s co-stars shared their heartfelt reactions. Hitesh commented, “Bhai (brother),” while Manasi Salvi wrote, “Stay blessed Sheezan Khan. Rise & shine.”
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Bhavika confirmed that she will no longer be part of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin following the upcoming leap. She shared, “Yes, we are going ahead with the leap. No, I won’t be a part. Nobody is going to be a part of the show. They will start a new chapter—a new season with a different story.”
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin first premiered in October 2020 with Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma in lead roles.
Over time, the show has seen various changes in its cast with Bhavika joining the team in 2023 as the new lead after Neil and Ayesha exited. She initially appeared alongside Shakti Arora, who played Ishaan, and their pairing quickly became a fan favourite. Shakti’s character’s journey came to an end after a seven-year leap in June 2024.
