This seasonal market showcases an extensive collection of winter clothing from Ludhiana and Panipat. According to the traders, a variety of branded items are available, catering to men, women, and children with prices ranging from as low as Rs 350 up to Ra 2,500. The stalls offer a diverse selection, including sweaters, jackets, shawls, and thermal wear in different styles and sizes.
Surendra Singh, a trader from Ludhiana, shared insights about the range of products on offer. “We have brought Ludhiana’s renowned warm clothing, known for its excellent quality and variety. Our collection features items that are not only warmer but also more affordable compared to regular market rates,” he explained. Singh added that the collection includes sizes from medium (M) to triple XL (3XL), ensuring that everyone can find something suitable.
Special Shawls from Panipat: Highlight of the Season
In addition to the popular Ludhiana garments, this year’s market also features a special range of shawls brought directly from Panipat. Milan Nayak, another trader who has been selling winter clothes in Karauli for the past 4 to 5 years, highlighted this unique addition. “We have introduced new and exclusive varieties from both Ludhiana and Panipat this season. One of our standout products is a high-quality, warm shawl from Panipat, which is already a hit among customers,” said Nayak.
The appeal of winter wear from Ludhiana and Panipat lies in its superior warmth and affordability. Milan Nayak noted, “The main reason people prefer buying from us is the excellent warmth of the fabrics and the lower prices compared to other market options. This is why our stalls attract so many customers every year during winter.”
