Uorfi Javed, who is known for her bold appearances and outspoken personality, stirred some controversy during a recent episode of India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer. The influencer was invited as a guest on the reality show alongside Manisha Rani. The Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 winner performed on the popular Bhojpuri song Tu Lagawelu Jab Lipastic, for which she received cheers from the judges, Geeta Kapur and Malaika Arora, as well as the audience. Manisha even danced with Remo Dsouza. But Uorfi wasn’t impressed. While watching the performance, she was seen making faces and when it was time to give her feedback, she openly criticised Manisha’s dance moves. Uorfi admitted that she didn’t feel like giving compliments for the performance.
In the promo, Uorfi made it clear that she wasn’t impressed by Manisha’s dance performance with her expression. Despite the loud cheers from the audience and judges, the influencer stated, “I don’t feel like giving compliments, I should say, ‘whatever’.” In response, Manisha tried to defend herself, saying, “No matter how bad you speak today…’ Uorfi quickly interrupted her and explained, “This is not called badmouthing, it’s simply called showing a mirror.”
The dance reality show brings together contestants from India’s Best Dancer, supported by Malaika Arora and Geeta Kapur’s Super Dancer. The judges’ panel also includes Remo D’Souza. The competition features 12 talented dancers, six from each show, who are competing in teams to become the ultimate champion.
Manisha Rani gained popularity from Bigg Boss OTT 2 for her fun personality and love for dance. After participating on BB, she was later part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 and took home the winner’s trophy, despite being a wild card contestant. On the other hand, Uorfi Javed’s time on Bigg Boss OTT 1 was short, but she quickly carved her space in the entertainment world. Now, she has become known for her bold personality and unique outfits.
While the promo of India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer was just a glimpse, Manisha and Uorfi appearance is expected to create more fireworks in the show.
