Television actress Nia Sharma flew to Phuket to enjoy her break after her appearance on Colors TV show Laughter Chefs. Not forgetting her fans though, she keeps posting videos and pictures on social media to share with them what she is up to. Having said that, Nia dropped a new video on Instagram on Thursday, capturing her adventurous moments during her getaway.
The video opens with Nia Sharma enjoying jet skiing as she rides a watercraft across the water, soaking in the beauty of the moment. It cuts to an evening scene as the actress casually grooves at a beach followed by a closer view of her wherein she looks ecstatic, riding the watercraft. Later, on a swing chair, she looks excited, laughing her heart out like a child. For her day out in Phuket, Nia opted for a pink co-ord set comprising a bralette top and mini skirt, perfect for a vacation. Along with the video, she wrote, “Ask me things I want to do.”
Earlier, Nia Sharma made headlines after she was speculated as the first contestant for Bigg Boss 18 during Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 grand finale. In a surprising announcement later, she explained that she would not be participating in the show. During a conversation with Pinkvilla, the actress also offered insights into the whole fiasco. Nia said, “It was Colors, and I was informed at the very last minute. I was supposed to be part of the Laughter Chef integration, but by the time they announced it, Laughter Chef was cancelled.”
Adding that she does not hold any grudge and it was entirely the network’s decision, Nia Sharma added, “The whole thing was to create buzz, and I think they succeeded. If they’re doing something using my name, it’s completely alright. I have two shows with them, and I respect their planning.”
Nia Sharma entertained her fans through her appearance in Laughter Chefs. The cookery-based comedy show saw celebrity contestants showcasing their cooking skills while also entertaining viewers. Apart from Nia, the show also featured Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Arjun Bijlani, Karan Kundra, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Jannat Zubair, Reem Shaikh, Sudesh Lehri, Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah.
