J-Hope mentioned that TXT sent him a bouquet of flowers and a card to welcome him back after his military discharge.

BTS’ J-Hope, also known as Jung Hoseok, was officially relieved from his military duties on Thursday, October 17. To celebrate his return, he hosted a live session on Weverse for his millions of fans. During the livestream, the K-pop star shared a touching gesture from the boy band Tomorrow X Together (TXT), who welcomed him back with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a handwritten card.

TXT, a group under BigHit that also manages BTS, has five members: Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai. Amid their busy schedules, they did not forget to send warm wishes to J-Hope on his military discharge. Heuning Kai wrote a note for the BTS rapper, thanking him for “protecting the country.” During the live stream, J-Hope appreciated the kind gesture of TXT and said, “Our TXT boys sent me a flower bouquet along with this rolling paper. Even despite being so busy, you’re really the best.”

While the BTS rapper-singer was reading the card, he tried his best to identify the members of TXT. “Who wrote this? He didn’t write his name. There’s Yeonjun, there’s Taehyun, there’s Soobin… then this is him! This is Kai! Huening Kai, thank you so much!” added J-Hope.

On the other hand, during a live session later that evening, TXT’s Soobin talked about the kind of bond he shared with BTS’ J-Hope. When a fan commented that the BTS rapper talked about the flower bouquet and the card that they had sent, the TXT leader shared that he always makes people feel good. “We always say this among the members, Hobi hyung is someone who makes you feel good when you’re around him,” he said. Soobin recalled how Hobi was always kind to them, even when they were trainees.

“Even when we were just trainees, he always greeted us like, ‘Oh hi!’ and would ask, ‘Soobin, you doing good? How’s your condition?’ It could be difficult for us to approach seniors like them, but he always approached first, with so much energy,” he added. In the same live session, Soobin mentioned that the company felt emptier and dull when J-Hope went for his mandatory military service. However, as he’s back now, TXT is overjoyed.

Meanwhile, J-Hope was received by the eldest member of BTS, Kim Seokjin, aka Jin, upon his discharge from the military. The K-pop star, dressed in a maroon two-piece suit, brought a huge flower bouquet for his bandmate. Jin embraced Hobi in a warm hug and even knelt on one knee, holding the news channels’ mics for him while he formally greeted the media.
