New reports coming this week say the upcoming iOS 18 version could be the first where iPhone users could get this useful feature. When you charge an Android phone, it shows how much time is left for full charge, which can be 25 minutes or 75 minutes based on the current battery level.
The feature is being codenamed Battery Intelligence for now, and we might see its full application roll out with the public version in the coming months.
There are multiple benefits of having this feature. iPhone users will know how much time they have to keep their device plugged in for charging. And secondly, they will know the charging speed offered by the charger, and replace it for faster results if necessary.
