Taking to her Instagram, Alaya F shared a series of pictures from her Goa holiday. She wrote, “Don’t let the holiday content fool you, I just started my 75 hard today.” The first picture showed her paddling on a paddleboard. The second picture showed her sitting on the paddle board and soaking in the picturesque sunset.
