OnePlus 13 launch could happen sooner than we usually see

OnePlus 13 will make its debut in China where the later part of the year offers some intriguing sales window for brands where consumers buy.

OnePlus 13 launch this year could happen much earlier than most of us have anticipated. In fact, the company could unleash its 2024 flagship phone as early as next month according to latest reports. OnePlus has been advancing its product launches recently and 2024 could see the trend follow. The OnePlus 13 is expected to make its debut in China, its home market initially and then gradually launch in other markets, including India, where the brand has a strong foothold.

OnePlus 13 Launch Details Leaked

OnePlus 13 could make its debut in late October or early November as suggested by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station. The launch timeline could coincide with the announcement of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset from Qualcomm which is tipped for early October. We could see OnePlus announce its launch plans for the next flagship phone powered by the new chipset in the market, likely with brands like Xiaomi and Oppo.

The launch date being planned this way is mostly because of OnePlus trying to take advantage of the popular Double 11 or Single’s Day in China which is on November 11.

The OnePlus 13 could be its first phone with a mammoth 6000mAh battery that will support 100W fast charging thanks to its battery tech that was announced recently. In addition to packing the latest hardware, the OnePlus 13 could be its first to come with IP69 rating for a higher level of resistance to dust and water. These upgrades are likely to push the OnePlus 13 price this year but markets like India could see the phone priced closer to Rs 70,000 which is the usual range that the company offers.
