Popular actor Ravi Kishan, who also appeared in the first season of Bigg Boss, is currently hosting a special weekend segment on the ongoing season. In a recent interview, he discussed the latest season of the controversial show and revealed the names of five actors he would like to return to the Bigg Boss house with if given the opportunity.
In conversation with Pinkvilla, Ravi Kishan stated he would like to be locked in the Bigg Boss house with Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut. Ravi Kishan, who was a contestant on the show back in 2006, secured the third place.
Currently hosting a segment on Bigg Boss 18, Ravi Kishan evaluates the contestants’ weekly actions in a lighthearted manner. Rather than delivering lectures, he entertains the audience with sarcastic remarks. In a recent interview, he shared that while he initially found this season of Bigg Boss boring, the contestants have now come out of their shells, making the show more engaging for viewers.
In an earlier interview with ETimes TV, Ravi Kishan addressed netizens’ complaints about the current season of Bigg Boss, where viewers felt the show was biased and favoured Vivian Dsena. Defying such claims, he said, “Bigg Boss can’t be biased. agar Bigg Boss biased hogaya toh boring hojaayega. (Bigg Boss can’t be biased because if it were, the show would become boring).” He added that the show is not partial and is always trying to keep the audience engaged. The actor reasoned, “Contestants who are entertaining and bring drama naturally get more attention. Vivian stands out because he has a strong personality and a big fan following, but others can also take the spotlight if they make an effort. The channel focuses on contestants who provide entertainment because they draw a lot of social media attention.” He further noted that everyone gets a fair chance on the show, but if someone decides to stay quiet and inactive, the makers cannot help them.
Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 18 viewers were in for a big surprise when, Edin Rose, Aditi Mistry and Yamini Malhotra, were introduced as the new wildcards weeks after Digvijay Rathee and Kashish Kapoor entry.
